Does Eran Electronics provide a free quote to repair my item?

Yes we do provide free quotes where your TV or electronic item is delivered to our workshop to be assessed for repair.

What is the cost for repairing my TV or electronic component?

It's impossible to offer set pricing for TV and electronic repairs as the cost is dependent upon the nature of the problem - and any replacement components should they be required. All customers are informed about the total cost of repairs prior to any work being undertaken and their express consent sought.

What brands of television do you service and repair?

We repair and service all major brands of LCD TVs and Plasma TVs as well as a vast range of household elctronic items. Please feel free to ask if you're not sure or require more information about the services we provide.

Are warranties provided for any repairs carried out?

Yes. All items carry a three month parts and labour warranty for peace of mind.

Does Eran Electronics provide antenna, wall mounting and cabling services?

No. At present we do not offer wall mounting for televisions, antennas or cabling services.

Can Eran Electronics assist with my insurance claim?

Yes. We can provide a notice of assessment for your item/s to your insurance company.

Should I repair my existing LCD or Plasma TV or just buy a replacement television?

In most cases we can perform reliable repairs for much less than the cost of purchasing a new product. This is especially so if your TV is less than three years old. With the proper attention you can conitnue to enjoy your current TV for many more years to come.


Can you repair my item in house?

Again this is dependent on the nature of the fault. We can however provide a professional assessment of your TV or electronic item at your residence. *Please note a call out fee may apply.

Can Eran Electronics help with advice and planning when purchasing a new LCD TV, Plasma TV or home entertainment system?

Yes. Seeking professional advice before any significant investment or purchase makes sense. It's the same with a new TV or home entertainment system. Talk to us - the experts - before being wowed by a pimply faced kid on the shop floor with a slick sales pitch.

Does Eran Electronics provide pensioner discounts?

Yes, we do provide pensioner, seniors and health care card holder discounts. Simply inform of us of your situation to see if you're eligible to receive a discount.
